Discover is a program that is designed to empower you in your desire to change your relationship with alcohol.
The core beliefs of Discover is one of Preparation and Planning. And, weaving through this core belief are elements that represent self discovery, internal and external awareness.
Discover is a program, containing thirteen modules including space for creation and discussion of action plans both internally and externally. As an extra support private direct messaging will be available where questions can be asked and extra support is provided by myself.
Self reflective documenting is included in each module..
The private direct messaging option is an extra space that can be used as support during this time. It is accessible on your phone and a place to ask questions or share thoughts. It is available Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm NZT.
At it’s core, Discover is designed as a preparation tool prior to removing alcohol and is self paced to fit into your schedule.
