Welcome!
I’m Anthea Jayne, wife, mother, nanny and 53 years young. I live in a small rural town with my husband and two dogs. I value family, loyalty, trust and individuality.
Throughout my life I have worn many hats, and one of those has been the hat of Teacher, I am a qualified Early Childhood Teacher. This role brought out my natural strengths while also developing multiple positive characteristics. I communicate clearly and relate well with children and adults from a range of backgrounds and cultures. I am enthusiastic, adaptable and a keen problem solver. Moving from working with children to now working with adults, I am thrilled I have been able to transition these skills to meet the needs of those seeking my assistance in the area of removing alcohol from their lifestyle.
I am a qualified CliftonStrengths Coach. My top five strengths are: Empathy, Developer, Strategic, Adaptability and Relator. Four of these strengths centre around Relationship Building and one is Strategic Thinking. These strengths provide me with a solid foundation being able to trust my intuition while generating options for problem solving.
I have my own story with alcohol, one that involved many attempts of quitting alcohol based on will power alone. After many failed long term attempts, there was a point in time that I realised I needed to build out a plan that was unique to me and my lifestyle. So I created a plan of preparation. And I did this all while still drinking, not putting any pressure on myself, only focusing on building out a foundation that would support me for when I was ready to stop…for good.
I now work with people who wish to remove alcohol too. I do this with integrity, confidentiality and a desire to see others succeed.
